Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy
Domestic Shipping
Safe n Simple currently ships merchandise to locations within the United States and its territories,
including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping
We also ship to Canada and Mexico. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international
destinations.
Risk of Loss
All merchandise purchased from our website is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means
that the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery
timeframes are:
– Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
– Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
– Canada & Mexico: 7-14 business days (may vary due to customs processing)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Please note that
these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
International Orders – Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duties may be applied to international shipments once they reach their
destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Contact your
local customs office for details.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipment complies with local import regulations. Safe n
Simple is not liable for any damages resulting from customs delays or regulatory issues.
Shipping Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, inclement weather,
holidays, or other factors beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you with an updated
estimated delivery date.
Safe n Simple is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures once
an order has been dispatched.
Return Policy
We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition for a credit,
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– All returns must be approved by Safe n Simple before being sent back.
– Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for the credit to be issued.
– Items that are opened, used, or damaged upon return cannot be credited.
– If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return
shipping and provide an exchange at our expense.
To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team before sending any
items back
