13. Insurance Disclaimer
Safe n Simple does not accept insurance as a method of payment for any of its products. All purchases made through our website or sales channels must be paid for out-of-pocket by the customer.
Information provided by Safe n Simple regarding Medicare, Medicaid, MediCal, or private insurance coverage is offered solely as a general reference and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of coverage or reimbursement. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, Safe n Simple assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in such guidance.
All decisions regarding medical necessity, claims approval, and coverage eligibility are solely determined by Medicare, Medicaid, MediCal, or your private insurance provider. Customers are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider and/or insurance carrier to verify coverage for specific products.
All of Safe n Simple’s products are FDA registered. In addition, most of our products are approved by Medicare, Medicaid, MediCal, and a variety of private insurance companies.
14. Prescription Requirements
Some products offered by Safe n Simple require a valid prescription in accordance with federal regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a current and accurate prescription at the time of purchase in order to receive these restricted items.
Specifically, all products containing silver require a prescription prior to shipment. Orders that include prescription-required items will not be processed or fulfilled until the appropriate documentation is received and verified.
Failure to provide a valid prescription may result in delays or cancellation of the affected portion of your order. Safe n Simple reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of any order that does not meet the required prescription criteria.
Customers are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider to ensure they have the appropriate prescription for any regulated products before placing an order.
